By accessing or using ElevateOS at elevate-os.vercel.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
ElevateOS is a personal life operating system that helps you track habits, health, academics, finances, goals, and more. The service is provided as-is and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
You agree to use ElevateOS only for lawful personal purposes. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security of the service. You may not use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
ElevateOS offers a Pro subscription plan. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact wickerzachary27@gmail.com for requests.
ElevateOS integrates with third-party services including Google Calendar, Stripe, and Groq. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party services.
Your use of ElevateOS is also governed by our Privacy Policy at elevate-os.vercel.app/privacy. By using the service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
ElevateOS and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any personal data you enter into the service.
ElevateOS is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of ElevateOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting wickerzachary27@gmail.com.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of ElevateOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
